1. What kind of art is this?

All my images are exclusively created with the open-source software called "Stable Diffusion", developed by "Stability AI". It uses different models trained on billions of images available on the internet, allowing the software to generate new images from what it learned.

This technology is called "text-2-image" and "image-to-image", as the images are generated either via text input or by providing a source image to let the software know what we want to generate.

It is essential to understand that those models do not contain images. Instead, they are trained on how to draw those images. Similar to an artist who learns to draw the Mona Lisa and is consequently able to create a painting of other people but with a similar style and vice-versa.

Art created by Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to be a powerful tool for spreading positivity and brightening up people's days. One of the unique aspects of AI-generated art is that it can be created in a variety of styles and mediums, allowing it to appeal to a wide range of audiences. From digital paintings to generative music, AI-generated art can be used to create visual and auditory experiences that are both thought-provoking and emotionally resonant.

One of the benefits of AI-generated art is that it can be used to create art that is tailored to specific audiences. For example, AI algorithms can be trained to generate art that is designed to evoke certain emotions or to appeal to certain demographics. This can be particularly useful in creating art that is intended to have a positive impact on people's lives, such as art that is meant to inspire or uplift.

Another advantage of AI-generated art is that it can be created quickly and efficiently. With the help of AI algorithms, artists can generate large amounts of art in a short amount of time, which can be useful for creating art for public spaces or for events. This can make it possible to create art that is both beautiful and accessible to a wide range of people.

AI-generated art can also be appreciated on its own terms, as an objectively beautiful creation. The artworks produced by AI are not limited by human biases or creativity constraints, they can produce unique and unexpected results. Furthermore, the process of creating art with AI can also be seen as an art form in itself, as it involves the use of complex algorithms and programming to generate the final result.

2. I want to use your images for my projects

Thank you very much for your interest! ☺️ Most of my images are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which allows you to use my images for non-commercial use as long as you add appropriate attribution and re-license all derivatives under the same license. If you want to use my images for commercial use or if you are unsure, please use the contact form and let me know which image you want to use and for what purpose. I am inclined to license my images for free or for a small fee for projects I feel may be suitable.

3. I have a question; please help

This page and my social media accounts solely aim to show my portfolio and the beautiful and aesthetic art this technology allows us to create.

There are many resources online to get started. You can use the "AI Aart" group on Gab if you have concrete questions.

4. I want to request an image

I am open to suggestions; tho I can't promise whether I will or can make the motive you requested. Feel free to use the contact form or drop me a message somewhere on my social media accounts.

5. What prompt/model do you use?

I generally do not share technical details like prompts or models for the images I release. This is because I want to encourage people to do their research and develop their own styles. There are plenty of free resources available to find such information.

6. AI Art is bad!

There are often, sometimes valid, critics of AI art.
One of the main arguments is that the images are usually erroneous. Especially human faces and hands tend to be ugly or deformed.
While this is true, it is crucial to understand that this kind of technology is very young and still bleeding edge. There are a lot of attempts to address those shortcomings, and I am optimistic that this will massively improve in the future. In the meantime, AI artists need to fix those issues manually. Depending on the skill and challenge, this can take a lot of work and patience.

Other critics argue that AI art is "soulless", "evil", or outright "daemonic".
As with every technology and form of expression, it is the moral responsibility of the author to use the available tools for good purposes. This is what I am trying to do with my artwork. I focus on creating artwork that is good, true, and beautiful. I think art can be objectively beautiful, and I think it is in the hands of the artist to accomplish truly aesthetic results. I strive to make art that makes people happy and helps us deal with today's challenges.
If you seek constructive discussions, I invite you to participate in the "AI Art" group over at Gab.

7. I want to support your work!

Thank you kindly. You can support my work by liking and sharing my artwork on social media.

If you want to assist me with the costs of the 3D hardware required to create Stable Diffusion images or with the web hosting fees, feel free to browse my shop and see if there is something you would like to order.
